Hi Oksana,

We have a number of group clinical Pilates available every day from Monday – Saturday.

Monday: 7-8am with Louise

Tuesday 5-6pm and 6-7pm with Matt

Wednesday: 5-6pm with Louise

Thursday: 6-7pm with Matt

Friday: 10-11am and 11-12noon with Matt

Saturday: 10:20-11:20am with Louise

Our classes are limited to 5 people to maximise your time with the Physiotherapist.

All classes are $40 (from 1st of September 2018) and can be claimed through your private health funds including Medibank private.

It is best you have an initial assessment with either Louise or Matt before starting as they individualise each class specifically for the patients in them.
