About
Sarah completed her physiotherapy degree at the University of Notre Dame. She has experience working in private practice and has developed a strong foundation in treating active individuals across a range of sports. Sarah has also worked extensively as a sports trainer for football, giving her hands-on experience in acute injury management and on-field care for athletes.
Sarah is a passionate netball player and has previously competed in basketball and indoor volleyball. She is also a long-distance runner, a spin instructor, and is soon to be a qualified Reformer Pilates instructor. Her own sporting background, combined with her roles as a trainer and instructor, drives her special interests in running injuries, lower limb injuries, and women's health. Sarah plans to complete her master's degree in continence and pelvic health, further strengthening her ability to support women across all stages of life and sport.
Sarah takes a practical, exercise-based approach to rehabilitation, drawing on her experience across court sports, running, and Pilates. She believes in keeping athletes and active people doing what they love, while addressing the root cause of their injury.
Sarah is excited to bring her skills to Sportreat and help clients stay strong, resilient, and injury-free.
