The Heartreat Programme
Our goal is to provide you with information and practical tools that will empower you to take control of the health of your heart. Our accredited, cheerful and enthusiastic allied health staff will support and monitor your progress along the way.
Heartreat is a 14 week program that is made up of:
8 personal sessions with our Exercise Physiologist
5 personal sessions with our Dietitian
The option of an additional home visit
In addition Heartreat offers you:
Free & unlimited use of our private gym
(booked prior with our Reception Staff).
“Cooking for a Healthy Heart” - a fun, interactive 2 hour cooking & information evening.

Our program is based on your individual needs and will look at the best way to help you with;
The risks affecting your heart and how to modify them
Understanding your medications
Other health issues you are dealing with and how to manage them
Putting in place health lifestyle routines through diet and exercise
Improving your muscle strength and endurance to help you manage your daily routines
Giving you the confidence to move on with your life and enjoy it
Giving you tools to reduce the stress in your life
