Terreen, B App Sc (Nutrition), Grad Dip Dietetics, graduated from Curtin University in 1988. She has acquired a broad range of dietetic experience over 20 years from working in a variety of settings including private practice, tertiary hospitals and community health centres.
For the last 10 years, Terreen has been working in the area of sports nutrition. She specializes in working with individuals and teams to modify their diet to ensure best sporting performance, optimal health and fitness. She does this by providing individualized nutritional plans, education and support. She has been the sports nutritionist for the West Coast Eagles since 1999 and has consulted to numerous elite and recreational athletes and athletic programs from a range of sports. Terreen is also the dietitian for the West Coast Fever Netball Team.
Terreen has a passion for assisting those with weight challenges to acheive their ideal weight. Terreen says "I love working with people to help them overcome the barriers to eating healthy, reach their goals and improve their health and well being".
Terreen also enjoys helping people with medical conditions such as obesity, heart disease and diabetes to achieve their healthy living goals.
